Victory Over Attackers And Challenges

Hey Guys,

This topic came to my mind on Friday when I was observing a Night Vigil. It is about victory over attackers and challenges.

What is victory?

Victory is when you have power over any boulder that may stand on your way.

Being a believer or not, the first thing that one needs to do is to have faith in God.

As such, you will receive guidance to find out where fear comes from.

Jesus gave all of us victory over death and other iniquities when he dies on the cross.

It is therefore through prayer that we get to reconnect with our savior who intercedes on our behalf.

You have to trust in God, as he is able to provide us with an inner boldness image.

Having unlimited hope means that you get to have expectant anticipation.

We get all our strength from God

No matter what is happening at any point of our life, hope helps us to grasp on all the promises that God has for us and holding tight to it with prayers hoping that things will get to turn around.

Having hope in Jesus will give us power that will lead us into victory.

Today I declare victory over all the challenges of life that you may be facing.

In life, especially as students, there are many challenges that may make life a little hard and complicated. However, this is part of life.

Challenges and tribulations are part of life and victory is when we are able to triumph above all of them.

With God’s presence, Victory is possible

It is very important for one to speak and believe from the very onset of any challenge that they already have victory over it and they sure will.

Putting their hope in Christ as the guide, it is pretty easy to face all bumps that are on our paths and emerge as victors.

Let me use a character in the bible who was faced with a heavy challenge from attackers and enemies.

Jehoshaphat encountered a big problem. A great multitude of his enemy was readying themselves for battle against him and his people. At first, he didn’t see a solution. Perhaps you feel that way today. But just wait. We are about to see how that problem is a blessing in disguise.

One of the first things we need to do when we have a problem is to establish a purpose. Jehoshaphat didn’t turn to the Lord after he’d tried everything else like so many of us do. Instead, the very first thing he did when trouble came was to seek the Lord. We can come boldly to God’s throne of mercy as Jehoshaphat did (see Hebrews 4:14-16).

When you encounter a problem, it is helpful to look back over your shoulder and see what God did for you in the past. That’s what Jehoshaphat did. God did not save you to abandon you. His name is I AM, not I WAS. If you have seen Him work in your life in the past, believe that He will do so in the future. He is able to bring something good out of every circumstance in your life (see Romans 8:28).

King Jehoshaphat unashamedly poured out to the Lord that the enemy was trying to take away the possessions God had given them. You’re not going to embarrass God by standing on His promises. When trouble comes, you are to copy what King Jehoshaphat did. Look back in your past and see how God has brought you thus far. Then find a promise in the Word of God and stand on it.

Before the battle even began, Jehoshaphat offered praises to God. So many times we want to get in the battle or get to work without as much as a thought to worship God for the blessings and victories He will bring. There is simply nothing more important than worship in preparing to battle problems. The man who kneels before God can stand before any problem.

God is ready to move on your behalf in victory but He will not do one solitary thing until you praise Him. Sadly we secure our defeat by our lack of praise. Prayer infuses us with the energy of God and confuses the enemies of God. If you know your problem is caused by the enemy, then praise the Lord! It doesn’t fit the devil’s grid of how we are to attack problems.

When we attack problems God’s way, we will enjoy His provisions. Confusion came into the camp of the enemy as a result of their praises to God. The battle was won and they gathered all the silver, gold and jewels. The same will happen for you. If the devil attacks you and you praise God, then you’re going to find that the devil becomes God’s messenger boy to bring you riches. When we praise Him, embrace His promises, and stand upon them, that He always brings victory.

Victory is achieved from inside until it overflows to be felt

It is thus necessary to start by having faith and hope and working towards overcoming all challenges and you sure will be able to emerge victorious.

Be Confident And Overcome The Fear Of Moving Forward

It was like a dream, when I felt my mind left the reality world into an imaginary scene.

One evening, I was heading for a meeting that will transform my life and family to become a partner in a law firm. As I was driving I noticed I was the only one on the road. The environment was like “silent hill” quiet and horrifying. Out of the blues, I saw a very big image of a man standing some distance in front of me. I stopped and tried to glimpse at the image, I couldn’t see anything. Fear came drumming on me, my mind became a battlefield. The first voice told me to go back, do I want to die. The other said move forward, you have to complete your mission, remember you were deprived for long to get this position, you have worked hard, this is your time. I was confused and stood beside my car for like 10 minutes. I began to seek God’s presence in prayer to reveal who is the giant blocking my way. Then a word came to me to look at king David as an example. I opened my Bible and began to read.

The war between the Israelites and the Philistines in 1 Samuel 17, the outcome of which is determined by David’s confidence in meeting the challenge of Goliath. The Israelites were full of fear when the Philistines had a giant who was there number one fighter. They tried to retreat back to there camps. But with faith David came forth and said he will challenge the giant. After reading, I gained confidence and my faith grew stronger. It’s like the giant image was reading my confidence, it came out of the shadow to reveal itself. It was a giant, a scary big man with a sword just like Goliath. I wore my armour of faith and confidence, got into my car, ready to destroy anything blocking my goals, future, and greatness. The giant spoke saying “where do I think am going to, do I want to die today. There is no way for you to pass, go back.” When he saw I wasn’t responding to his threats, the giant started running, approaching me very fast. I at the other hand started my engine, and moved with a full speed. As I was moving, I didn’t feel myself in a car anymore, it was like the the car transformed to a very powerful weapon. As we collided, the giant in my front was no more. I came out of the car giving praise and worship to God my protector.

Lessons:

Don’t let fear steal your hardwork, don’t give up on life when things becomes hard. Keep moving forward and you will see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you” (Philippians 4:8-9, ESV)

Be blessed!

Remember Where You Are Today Is Not The Final Place

Satan visited me and asked me: Asking “How far?..

I told him: “I thank God for everything…”
He laughed me to scorn..
He said what on earth shld I thank God for?… He showed me my mates who are living inside mansions, and I said hahaaa and I showed him my mates who are also inside d grave… He showed me some of my mates who are inside d costliest cars in town…

I also showed him some of my mates who are inside d costliest caskets in town…
He showed me d fat bank account of some of my friends… And I showed him d hospital bills of some others who are terribly sick…

He took me to boutiques, to show me those who are dressed with d most expensive designer clothings …

I took him to d prisons and cells scattered all
over d country..and I showed him guys who were accused innocently who have been there for many years…Even their loved ones has forgotten dem there…

Satan felt broken and wanted to leave me alone… But i told him to follow me to just one place… I took him to d mortuary and I now showed him many of my mates who are lying down there naked and dead …
He could not say anything again…
He left me and ran away…

Friends, don’t let anything get u depressed…u are not a mistake,u are not an accident no matter what has happened to u or how bad u think u are faring in life…
There is always something God is doing in ur life that ur enemy are envying….

U can’t withdraw ur own money from ur bank without ur ATM card or bank slip…
The Bible said that with joy we shall DRAW from d wells of salvation…

There are many things to draw from God…and thank him still for in ur life…JOY is ur ATM card, Without JOY,u will draw nothing…

That is why Nehemiah, in d midst of battles, he was able to say: “The joy of d Lord is my
strength…”

Beloved God might not have done everything…

But he has done many things…
If only u know how much evil and shame that the Lord has spared you from in the past 3 months you will appreciate God for what you are today…

To him that is joined to the living, there is
hope….For a living dog is better than a dead lion.

Be thoughtful, be thankful…
David understood this and he said…
“If it has not been the Lord who was on our side, they would have swallowed me up quick when their anger was kindled against us… But our souls as a bird has escaped the snare of d fowler…”

Today, if u are really grateful just share this chat and let others know that its true that God has shamed the devil in his/her life.

Remember what u are today is not the
final…..God is preparing something bigger
always……Rejoice!!!..
